  • 750 g suar
  • 2 vanilla pod (s)
  • 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
  • 5 clove (s)
  • 1 liter schnapps, 96%

Instructions

  1. Bring the bock beer, sugar, vanilla sticks, cinnamon stick, cloves to the boil, simmer for 1/4 hour, turn off the oven and let it steep for 1 hour. Sieve, heat again to just under boiling point, add alcohol. Bottling and maturing in the dark for a few weeks.
