Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ beer, dark, e.g. black beer or bock beer
- 200 g suar
- 0.75 liter ¾ schnapps, grain 38%
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Heat the beer and sugar in a saucepan while stirring, do not let it boil. Add the grain and vanilla sugar and reheat (until just before cooking). Fill the liqueur into bottles and place in the refrigerator.
- The cold liqueur is then ready to drink straight away. Bottom up!
