Let’s prepare all the ingredients we need to make the crumb. only 100 grams each – flour, sugar, butter, walnuts.
In a bowl, combine flour and sugar and chopped butter. Rub the entire contents into crumbs with your hands.
Add nuts crushed with a blender to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Peel and seed the apples and cut into small cubes.
Wash the red currants thoroughly, sort out bad berries and peel off the stalks.
Then squeeze the juice from the orange and grate the zest on a fine grater.
In a bowl, combine berries, apples, sugar juice and orange zest.
Baking tins should be greased with butter, then filled with filling (but not to the very top) and covered with crumbs.
