Best Burrito with Beef and Cheese Sauce

A simple Mexican recipe. It can be cooked in 40 minutes. And we get about nine servings. The finished dish contains approximately 894 kcal.

Ingredients

  • beef – 200 g
  • rice – 110 g
  • canned beans – 100 g
  • tortilla – 1 pcs.
  • jalapeno pepper
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • tomato – 2 pcs.
  • chili pepper – 2 pcs.
  • red onion – 1 pcs.
  • parsley
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • cheddar cheese – 100 g
  • cream – 100 ml
  • white wine – 100 ml
  • starch – 4 g
  • green onion

Directions

  1. Pour the rice into a saucepan. Fill with water. Boil until tender. For the sauce, chop the cheese at random. Put cheese, cream, starch, and white wine in a blender. Whisk.
    We clean a piece of beef ham from fat and films. Cut into strips thinly. We discard the rice through a sieve.
  2. Cooking concasse tomatoes. Cut out the core of the tomato. Put in boiling water, then transfer to cold water.
  3. Remove the skin from the tomato. Cut into quarters. We remove the seeds with pulp. Cut into cubes. Put it in a bowl.
  4. Grind red and green chili, red onion, and parsley. Let’s salt. Grind again. Add to the tomatoes. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Let’s salt. We mix.
  5. Preheat the pan with the addition of vegetable oil. We spread the beef. Grind the jalapeno peppers and garlic. Add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Let’s mix.
  6. At the end of frying, add rice and canned beans. Take a spoonful of beans. Add cheese sauce. We mix.
  7. Place the filling in a strip in the middle of the tortilla. We wrap it up. Lubricate the burrito with vegetable oil. Put it on a preheated grill pan. Fry on both sides.
  8. We heat the plate. Put the burrito on a plate. Place the cheese sauce and concasse tomatoes on top. Garnish with jalapenos, green onions, and parsley. Bon Appetit!
