Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g Goronzola or Roquefort
  • 80 g butter
  • 20 cl milk
  • 80 g pine nuts
  • 1 bag baking powder
  • 1 sprig parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. Melt the cheese and butter quickly in the microwave. Put the mixture in a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and finely chopped parsley and knead a dough. Roast pine nuts dry, chop and work into the dough. Pour the dough into a suitable silicone mold.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °, then for 10 minutes at 210 °. Remove lukewarm from the mold. Makes 24 cakes 4 cm high.
