Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet lemon (s) - flavor or zest lemon
  • 400 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • a lot blueberries, tray should be pretty full
  • 0.25 liter ¼ egg liqueur
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer

Instructions

  1. Make the batter, place on the tray and spread the blueberries on top.
  2. Bake for 25 min at 175 degrees hot air. Then let it cool down.
  3. Brush with 1/8 l of liqueur. Beat 2 cups of cream, 2 vanilla sugar and 1 cream stiffener and spread on the cake. Pour another 1/8 l egg liqueur over it.
