“Bonito” Salad

Korean carrots present in the salad make it unusual and very, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 300 g
  • Korean carrots – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 ml
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food for Korean carrot and chicken salad.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs. Cool down. Clear.
  3. Boil the chicken fillet in slightly salted water until tender. Cool down.
  4. Transfer the Korean carrots to a bowl.
  5. Add finely chopped chicken fillet to the carrots.
  6. Grate eggs on a coarse grater.
  7. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Add Mayo. Mix all ingredients.
  9. Korean carrot and chicken salad is ready.
