  • 3 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • 2 onions)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 20 g oat bran
  • 100 g Gouda, medium-aed, rated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions. Roughly grate the broccoli including the stalk.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or wok and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the grated broccoli and fry for 5 - 6 minutes. Season with the vegetable stock powder and then let cool down lukewarm.
  3. Add the oat bran and grated cheese to the broccoli and let it soak for a moment. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes in the oven.
  5. 550 Kcal per serving
