  • 1 head broccoli
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the broccoli and cook in salted water for about five minutes. Coarsely chop together with the garlic in a blender. Make sure that it is not a puree.
  2. Mix the mixture with the remaining ingredients and shape into small balls with your hands. Squeeze out the excess liquid a little. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 ° C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
