Ingredients

  • 4 herring fillet (s) (double fillets)
  • some herb vinegar
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 large pickles
  • 1 large apple
  • 200 g Lyoner, thinly sliced
  • 5 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 300 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Dab the double matjes fillets with kitchen paper, clean and dice. Then place in a bowl or bowl (later the other ingredients will have to find a place in it) and cover with a little herb vinegar so that the upper half of the fish cubes peeks out of the vinegar and let it steep.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the onion, dice it finely and put it on the fish. Then dice the pickles and place on top. Then peel and quarter the apple, cut out the core, also dice the apple quarters and place on the cucumber cubes. Also cut the Lyoner into small cubes and place on the apple cubes. Also dice the hard-boiled eggs and place on top at the end.
  3. Then mix everything well, pour the cream over it, mix again and cover the salad in the fridge overnight.
