Bruschetta with Avocado and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

A killer snack for white wine! And even without wine, great!) The combination of avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, and a crunchy baguette is just a song!)

Ingredients

  • Baguette (Italian bread) – 1 pc.,
  • Feta cheese – 150 gr.,
  • Cream cheese curd (Almette, Buko, etc.) – 150 gr.,
  • Avocado – 2 pcs.,
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Garlic – 1-2 teeth.,
  • Fresh herbs (green basil, or cilantro, or parsley),
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the baguette obliquely, put the pieces of bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Sprinkle slices of bread with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180 gr. for 8 minutes.
  3. Allow the bread to cool and rub lightly with a clove of garlic (for aroma and piquancy)
  4. Mix feta and cream cheese with a fork until smooth.
  5. Cut the avocado into cubes and the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.
  6. Grease each piece of bread with cheese put avocado cubes and sun-dried tomatoes on top, sprinkle with herbs, serve with white wine.
