Buns with Marmalade

Delicious buns with greetings from childhood!

Servings: 12

Cook: 1 hour 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • Flour – 500 g
  • Yeast – 40 g
  • Milk (warm) – 250 ml
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Salt
  • Egg for greasing buns – 1 pc.
  • Marmalade – 12 pcs.
  • Mold oil

Directions

  1. Dilute yeast in warm milk, add sugar, egg, salt and butter (margarine is possible), mix everything thoroughly. Then add flour and knead the dough.
  2. Then cut the dough into buns, put inside each marmalade and place the buns with marmalade tightly together in a greased form. Cover and set for 40-50 minutes. in warmth on the rise.
  3. Then grease with egg and bake buns with marmalade at 170-180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
