Burgers with Mushrooms

The cutlets for these burgers are prepared with cheese filling.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fresh champignons (cut into slices) – 250 g
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Ground cumin (cumin) – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Ground beef – 600 g
  • Blue cheese (crumbled) – 60 g
  • BBQ sauce – 2/3 cup
  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil for grilling grill

How to make mushroom burgers:

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet, add mushrooms, and fry, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a metal bowl and keep the mushrooms warm. Set aside.
  2. Grease the grill grate with oil and turn on the grill to preheat to medium temperature. In a large bowl, combine cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Put the minced meat in this mixture and mix well. Form 8 round cutlets from minced meat. Put cheese on 4 cutlets, and cover with the remaining cutlets on top, so you should get 4 cutlets with cheese inside.
  3. Place the burger patties on the grill, brush with barbecue sauce and cook without covering the grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, periodically brushing the sauce over the patties. Cut the burger buns in half and place the cutlet and fried mushrooms between the two halves.
