Ingredients

  • 2 large burger buns, about 1 cm in diameter
  • 250 g chicken fillet (s) (fillet tips)
  • 50 g herb butter
  • 50 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
  • 4 piece (s) Camembert (s) (Back-Camembert)
  • 140 g wild cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven with circulating air to 180 ° C (top and bottom heat 200 ° C).
  2. Cut the burger rolls open and lay them out on a baking sheet. Spread the herb butter on the base, it can be a little thicker. Place the lid upside down, then cover both halves with the grated Emmentaler.
  3. Place the baked camembert on the tray and put everything in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the rolls are nice and brown and the camembert is warm.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the meat into small portions and fry them in a pan until they are brown.
  5. When everything is fully baked / fried, spread a good layer of wild cranberries on the underside of the rolls, then place 2 pieces of baked camembert on each burger (one is divided in the middle to make it easier to place). Then place the meat on the camembert and, if necessary, spread a spoonful of wild cranberries on top.
  6. Put the lid on and enjoy!
