Pick up the iceberg lettuce, wash it, toss the leaves dry. Cut into thin strips and place in a bowl. Drain the mandarin oranges and add. Peel the bananas and cut 1/2 cm thick slices, also add. Scald the tomatoes, peel them, cut in half and cut out the stems. Eight tomatoes, remove the seeds and add to the salad. Drain the pineapple and cut into 1 cm cubes. Add with the peeled, chopped onion. Mix everything carefully. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise with canned milk and ketchup. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour over the salad. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. In the meantime, rinse the chives or cress with cold water, pat dry and chop finely. Sprinkle over the finished salad and serve immediately
