Canapes with Melon and Prosciutto (Ham)

An original not only in appearance but also in taste, an appetizer for wine – canapés with melon and Italian ham, as well as with cheese and arugula. No bachelorette party anymore will pass without this dish!

Ingredients

  • Melon – 500 g
  • Ham (prosciutto) – 100 g
  • Royal cheese – 100 g
  • Kiwi – 100 g (1 pcs.)
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Lime – 20 g (1/2 pcs.)
  • Arugula – 1 bunch
  • Basil – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut into cubes, peel and peel it. Marinate melon cubes in olive oil, juice of half a lime, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave in the marinade for 10-15 minutes. Form the first type of canapé: alternating, put on a stick a rolled sheet of fresh arugula, diced cheese (it is better to take hard cheese or moldy), arugula, a cube of pickled melon.
  2. Form a prosciutto canape: string on a stick, alternating with ham, pickled melon, and kiwi cubes. Add the basil leaves. Peel the fourth part of the melon from the seeds and insert the skewers into it. Melon canapes and prosciutto are ready.
  3. Canapes with red semi-dry wine, the room has cooled the appetizer for 25-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
