“Caprese” with Pesto Sauce

We are preparing a very tasty, light and incredibly flavorful Caprese salad with pesto sauce. We will also prepare the sauce ourselves, the result will be liked by many. Take note!

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 200 Grams
  • Mozzarella – 130 Grams
  • Basil and parsley – 20 Grams
  • Cheese – 30 grams (hard)
  • Pine Nuts – 20-30 Grams
  • Garlic – 3-5 Grams
  • Olive oil – 60 Milliliters
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Prepare everything for the sauce. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, prepare herbs, nuts, garlic, oil.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, beat until smooth.
  4. Rinse and dry the tomato, cut into circles. Slice the cheese as well. Place cheese and tomatoes on a plate alternately.
  5. Pour sauce over everything. Rub additionally with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle everything with pine nuts and serve.
