Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg tomato (s)
  • 500 g mozzarella
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • Basil and oregano, fresh
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and cut out the stalks. Depending on how you want, cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices or cubes. Put both in a bowl. Rinse the basil and oregano. Pluck the leaves from the stems and add them. Mix the ingredients and season with salt. Pour olive oil over it. Let the lettuce soak in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
