Carrot Cookies Without Eggs

Soft carrot cookies with aromatic spices. There are no eggs in the composition, the recipe is suitable for wagons and a lean menu. Cookies are made very simply using the available ingredients.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

Carrots – 120-140 Grams
Sugar – 50 Grams
Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Flour – 1/3 Cup
Starch – 30-40 grams
Baking powder – 3/4 teaspoons
Raisins – To taste
Seasoning – 3/4 Teaspoons (for apple pie)
Vanillin – 1 Pinch

Directions

Prepare all ingredients.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Add sugar, vanillin and stir. The carrots should start juicing. Next, pour in vegetable oil, mix.
Mix flour with baking powder, starch and spices. Start gradually pouring the mixture into the bowl.
The dough will be thick but sticky. Knead the raisins into the dough.
Roll the dough into balls, then flatten them. Use a fork to make a criss-cross pattern. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
