Carrot Cookies

- granulated sugar – 1 glass;
- carrots – 2 pieces;
- flour – 2 cups;
- a bag of vanilla sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- potato starch – half a glass;
- baking powder – 1 teaspoon;
- vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons.
Directions
- First of all, grate two carrots, add butter, salt, sugar and vanilla to the mass. Mix the contents well.
- After the carrot mass is saturated with ingredients, start adding flour, starch and baking powder. It is worth noting that the dough will get a little sticky, so you need to dip it in flour.
- Take a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, and scatter small balls of dough. Place the carrot cookies in the oven for at least half an hour.
- The optimum temperature is 180 degrees. The recipe assumes that the cookies will have a light crust.
