Carrot Roll with Cheese Filling

Insanely tasty, quite interesting, bright carrot roll with cheese filling will adorn any festive table. The delicate taste of the roll and the simplicity of preparation will conquer both you and your guests.

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 500 Grams
  • Egg – 4 Pieces
  • Processed cheese – 300 grams
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon (to taste)
  • Curry – 1 Teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 1 Pinch
  • Greens – 1-2 pinches (fresh or dry)
  • Ground Red Pepper – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater. Then add the curry, red pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Add a little dry greens, mix well and lightly fry and simmer in butter.
  3. Separate the yolks from the whites, add the yolks to the slightly cooled carrots and add

  9. Spread the filling on the slightly cooled carrot crust, leaving a little to decorate the top. But you can send all the filling inside the roll.
  10. Using paper, carefully wrap it in a roll.
  11. Cover the roll with cheese cream on top and make lines for beauty with a fork. Then we send the roll to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
