Casserole of Dumplings in Egg and Sour Cream Filling

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings – 350 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Drive eggs into a bowl, add salt, ground pepper, and sour cream. Then add the mustard.
  2. Stir well with a whisk or fork. Put the dumplings in a baking dish. Pour the prepared egg mixture with sour cream over the dumplings.
  3. Spread the sauce over the entire surface of the dumplings. Grate hard cheese on top on a coarse grater.
  4. Send the form into an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake the dumplings in an egg-sour cream filling for 30-40 minutes.
