Ingredients

  • 250 g cauliflower, rouhly rated
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 25 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g quark
  • 100 g cheese, rated, calmly spicy
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated cauliflower with the oatmeal, cheese, sesame and egg. Then add the chopped onion and the quark. Season the mixture vigorously and mix well again. If the mass is still too moist, you can add breadcrumbs. Then let the mass steep for 20 minutes.
  2. Then shape small patties out of it and fry them in hot oil. If you like, bread the patties with a little breadcrumbs before frying them.
