  • 150 g apricot jam
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • Food coloring, yellow

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients quickly and wrap them in foil and put them in the fridge for an hour. Roll out 2 mm thick in portions between foil. Cut out stars and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove 175 ° C, gas level 2) for about 15 minutes.
  2. Knead the marzipan mixture with powdered sugar, almond liqueur and baking oil. Roll out the mixture thinly between foil, also cut out stars. Strain the jam through a sieve and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Brush the cooled cookies with jam and place 1 star of marzipan on each. Fold the icing sugar into the stiffly beaten egg white, color it yellow with the food coloring. Brush the stars with icing and let them dry.
