Charlotte with Apricots (in a Slow Cooker)

Just bake a pie in a slow cooker. I especially love baked goods with apricots. We bake charlotte with apricots.

Ingredients

  • Fresh apricots – 500 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.75 cups (to taste)
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vanillin (optional) – 1 pinch
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vinegar – 0.5-1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 10 g

Directions

  1. Products for charlotte with apricots are the simplest.
  2. Wash apricots, peel, cut into slices.
  3. Drive eggs into a bowl, add sugar.
  4. Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.
  5. Sift flour, add to the egg mass.
  6. Quench the soda with vinegar.
  7. Stir everything with a spoon gently, from bottom to top.
  8. Add apricots.
  9. Mix.
  10. Grease a multicooker bowl with butter.
  11. Pour the apricot biscuit dough into the bowl.
  12. Turn on Bake / Soup mode for 40 minutes.
  13. Charlotte with apricots, in a slow cooker, ready.
    The top surface of the pie in a slow cooker will be pale – don’t be embarrassed, it should be. The sponge cake is ready and baked perfectly, this is a feature of baking in a multicooker.
    Turn the charlotte onto a platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
