Homemade Bread (in a Slow Cooker)

A very simple recipe for making homemade bread. Try to cook bread in a slow cooker, you will definitely succeed!

Ingredients

  • Flour – about 400 g
  • Water (warm) – 1 glass
  • Dry yeast – 11 g (1 sachet)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Directions

  1. Pour yeast and salt into warm water (35-37 degrees). Stir.
  2. Sift flour into the water with yeast and salt. Knead the dough first with a spoon or fork.
  3. Then knead the dough with your hands, adding flour as needed. The finished dough should not stick to your hands. But do not “hammer” the dough with flour, it should be soft.
  4. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil. Put the dough into it. Turn on heating mode for 40 minutes. The yeast dough should rise. After that knead the dough.
  5. Bake bread in a slow cooker on the “Baking” mode for 30 minutes. Then turn the bread over and bake it for another 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the finished homemade bread to cool slightly in a slow cooker, then remove (using the streaming device). Homemade bread cooked in a multicooker turns out to be soft, with a ruddy, crispy crust.
