Ingredients
- 1 medium chili peppers, red
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 100 g cheese, pepper boursin (soft cheese from France)
- 75 g cream quark
- 75 g cheese, rated sbrinz
- a bit salt
- some paprika powder, noble sweet
- 6 slices toast bread, (whole grain)

- Put the boursin cheese in a bowl and mash a little with a fork. Add the cream quark and Sbrinz and mix very well. Add the chili peppers and the herbs and season the mixture with salt and paprika, mix well again.
- Lightly toast toast and cut into triangles. Spread the cheese mixture on the toast and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake at about 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot!
