- Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C.
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick. Dab with kitchen paper so that the slices no longer shine.
- Place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Salt, sprinkle with herbs and put a small piece of herb butter on each slice.
- Put in the oven and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
