Ingredients
- 4 turkey schnitzel, 200 g each
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 packs cream cheese, 6.5 g each
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh or from the lass
- 0.5 ½ cube broth
- 125 ml water

- Cut the 4 turkey schnitzel into fine strips. Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions.
- Fry the meat and onions well in the hot oil. Clean, wash, chop and fry the peppers and mushrooms. Pour in the water and bring to the boil, dissolve the stock cube in it. Cut the cream cheese wedges into small pieces, add them and let them melt in the broth.
- Rice tastes best with it.
