Ingredients

For the cream: (basic recipe)

  • 2 packs cream cheese or fresh goat cheese
  • 1 packet feta cheese or white cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped double crème
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Also: (variant 1, half of the basic recipe)

  • some chilli flakes
  • 4 stalks basil, fresh
  • 5 garlic leaves (Garlic Social)

  • 2 teaspoons, heaped cream horseradish

Also: (variant 3, half of the basic recipe)

  • 4 teaspoons, heaped ajvar
  • Olives, black, cut

  • 2 teaspoons, heaped Matcha tea

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta with your fingers and mix well with the other ingredients of the basic recipe.
  2. Depending on the variant chosen, add the ingredients and stir well. Chop the basil, garlic social, chives or garlic very finely.
  3. The cream is also great for brunch, for the party buffet or as a small starter on fresh baguette.
