Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 450 g french fries (oven french fries)
- salt and pepper
- 1 spring onion (s), cut into rings
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 50 g dressin (American dressin)
- 50 g sliced bacon
- 200 g mozzarella, rated

- Salt and pepper the French fries and prepare according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, drain on kitchen paper and then break into small pieces.
- Add the garlic and diced chicken to the pan with the bacon fat and fry, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the baked fries in an ovenproof pan or casserole dish. Spread the cheese halfway on top. Pour the chicken pieces over it and drizzle with the dressing. Scatter the rest of the cheese, bacon and finely chopped spring onions over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
