- 375 g onion (s)
- 150 g bacon, (mixed)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 125 g cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, (noble sweet)
- salt
- 450 g potato (s), (ready-made fried potatoes)
- Margarine, (for greasing)

- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in oil (should be slightly crispy).
- Peel the onions, cut into rings and add to the pan with the bacon until they are translucent. Let everything cool down a bit.
- In the meantime, beat the eggs, stir in the cream and spices and mix carefully with the bacon and onions.
- Put the fried potatoes (either homemade or ready-made from the freezer or bag) in a greased casserole dish and spread the onion mixture on top.
- Put in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
