  • 1 kg potato (s), boiled
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 50 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • Clarified butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make fried potatoes from the boiled potatoes, onions and bacon. Pour into a flat baking dish.
  2. Cut the pork fillet into 1.5 cm thick pieces, fry briefly on both sides in the clarified butter, season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.
  3. Mix the creme fraiche with the Gouda cheese, season with salt and pepper, distribute half of it on the casserole and bake everything at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Then add the rest of the sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. A colorful salad goes well with it.
