Chicken Tobacco (Interesting Recipe)

Chicken tobacco (tapaka) is a very tasty dish that both children and adults eat with pleasure. And making a tobacco chicken according to this recipe will not be difficult.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 pc. (no more than 1 kg)
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • For tomato garlic sauce (optional):
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Preparing products for tobacco chicken.
  2. Slice the chicken breast lengthwise.
  3. We unfold the chicken along the incision and give it a flattened shape.
  4. You can beat off slightly, being careful not to damage the bones.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Lubricate with sour cream from all sides.
  7. In a skillet with a thick bottom, melt the butter. Place the chicken in the pan.
  8. Press down on top with some heavy object.
  9. Fry the tobacco chicken over medium heat until golden brown – first one side, and then the other.
  10. We spread chicken tobacco on a dish. Serve with tkemali sauce, nut or tomato-garlic sauce. Serve the sauce in a separate bowl. (To prepare the tomato-garlic sauce, mix the grated tomato, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.)
