Ingredients

  • 40 chicken wings
  • 10 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, Dijon
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground in a mortar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the chicken wings in a plastic bag and add the marinade. Seal the plastic bag and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Put in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour, but better 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, place the chicken wings on a grill rack and bake for about 35 minutes, until the wings are cooked through and nicely browned.
  4. Tastes excellent both warm and cold.
