  • 125 g lass noodles
  • Salt water
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 300 g turkey meat or similar
  • 1 point mushrooms
  • sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt
  • possibly vegetables your choice

Instructions

  1. First, the glass noodles are placed in boiling, salted water for 1 - 2 minutes. Then briefly rinse under cold water and then drain. The glass noodles must be well salty, so it may be necessary (if the water was not salty enough) to add salt.
  2. Put the glass noodles in a bowl and mix with plenty of sesame oil. Wash the turkey meat (or another type of meat such as chicken), then fry it in the pan and season with salt. Steam the mushrooms in a pan and fry lightly (don`t forget to add salt).
  3. Then mix the mushrooms, turkey meat, corn (and if you feel like carrots and other vegetables - I like to steam snow peas to go with it) with the glass noodles. Finally add the soy sauce and mix again.
