Chocolate Meringues

I have long wanted to combine delicate meringues with chocolate flavor. And so it turned out, everything turned out to be simple, but unrealistically tasty! The meringues turned out to be delicious, and how beautiful! A magical recipe for your attention!

Ingredients

  • Proteins – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Chocolate – 100 g

Directions

  1. First, whisk a little protein without sugar.
  2. Gradually add sugar to the protein, whisking until stable peaks.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
  4. Using chaotic movements, apply liquid chocolate to the protein.
    Now let’s let the chocolate harden a little.
  5. Gently put the meringue on a baking sheet with a tablespoon. Bake the meringue at a temperature of 110-120 degrees for 70-90 minutes.
  6. The first sign of meringue is ready, they come off well from baking paper.
  7. The meringues are ready! It turned out like marble, very appetizing, spectacular! Delicious, just super!
