  • 2 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 50 g sweets (love pearls)

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites very stiff. Sprinkle in sugar and vanilla sugar and stir in. Stir in lemon juice until a very firm meringue is formed. Fold 35 g of love pearls into the meringue. Using teaspoons made from the meringue mass, place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Scatter the remaining love pearls on the meringue piles. Leave to dry in a preheated oven at 125 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
