Meringue Omelet

An original egg dish. The base is slices of ready-made muffins with eggs, and on top is a baked protein cream.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 6 pcs. (3 eggs and 3 squirrels)
  • Powdered sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Cupcakes (ready-made) – 3 pcs.
  • Soy milk – about 0.5 cups
  • Liquid caramel – 0.5 cups
  • Olive oil
  • Multicolored confectionery sprinkles (for decoration)

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven.
    Cut the muffins into slices.
  2. Pour the soy milk over the muffins.
  3. Beat 3 eggs with a fork.
  4. Pour the eggs over the muffins, knead slightly.
  5. Place in a greased baking dish. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Separate three proteins.
  7. Beat the whites with a mixer to a stable foam.
  8. In the process of whipping, add powdered sugar to the proteins.
  9. Cover the baked base with caramel.
  10. Lay out the whipped egg whites.
  11. Give the desired shape.
  12. Place in the top of a preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
