Ingredients
- 150 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 100 g butter or mararine
- 250 g flour
- 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 ml milk
- 3 chocolate bars (Snickers)

- Break the block of chocolate into pieces, melt with the butter or margarine in a water bath. Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl, mix with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add eggs, milk and chocolate-fat mixture and use the hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Chop the Snickers into small pieces and fold into the batter. Pour the batter into 12 muffin cases and put them in the oven.
- Top / bottom heat: approx. 180 ° C (preheated)
- Hot air: about 160 ° C (preheated)
- Gas: about level 3 (preheated)
- Baking time: about 25 minutes
- Let the muffins rest in the mold for 10 minutes, then remove them from the molds and let them cool.
