Ingredients
- 200 g couverture, whole milk
- 75 g mararine or semi-fat mararine
- 100 ml milk, take away 5 teaspoons again
- 5 teaspoons brandy
- 4 teaspoons hazelnuts, chopped

- Melt all ingredients except brandy and hazelnuts in a water bath. Mix for 4 minutes with the hand mixer on the highest setting. Add brandy and chopped hazelnuts. Then mix in the chopped hazelnuts and the brandy again briefly.
- Pour into screw-top jars and shake the jars every now and then while they cool (so that the hazelnut pieces spread out). I did it in the morning and in the evening it was already nice and creamy.
- You can leave out the hazelnuts, but you have to use the brandy, it makes the taste.
