Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 50 g almond (s), round
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g suar
- 80 ml oil
- 300 g buttermilk
- 12 piece (s) confectionery (Toffifee)
- Butter, for greasing
- 100 g couverture
- Fat, for the shape

- Grease the muffin pan very well, otherwise the toffifee will stick very easily to the bottom.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar, oil and buttermilk. Carefully stir in the flour, almonds, cocoa and baking powder. Pour the dough into the molds and gently press 1 whole Toffifee into each. It then sinks into the dough by itself during the baking process and is such a little surprise when eating.
- Bake at 160 ° C hot air for 20 minutes, then let rest briefly in the tray and remove immediately.
- Melt the couverture in a water bath and decorate the muffins with it as you like.
