Ingredients

  • 130 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 80 g suar

For the filling:

  • 700 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g suar (150 is enouh)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet pudding powder (vanilla or cream)
  • 2 tablespoon semolina
  • Confectionery (25 Toffifee)
  • possibly walnuts or chocolate, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and work with butter, sugar and egg to a kneading dough. Line the bottom and the edge of a 26 cm springform pan with it. Chill the mold.
  2. Roughly chop the toffifee. Mix eggs with sugar and pudding powder. Mix in the quark and semolina. Spread the Toffifee on the dough base and cover with the quark mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
  3. Decorate with chocolate, toffifee or chopped nuts.
