Canned pineapple – 340 g (from 1 can)
Canned corn – 3 tbsp
Sweet onion (Yalta) – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 300 g
Vegetable oil – 20 g (for greasing parchment)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Cut the meat into 2 cm thick pieces.
Put cling film on the table, put a piece of meat on it, cover with cling film on top and beat off on both sides. Pepper and salt the beaten meat to taste.
Cut the pineapple into slices. Chop the onion, add to the pineapple. Add corn and mix everything.
Grease the parchment with vegetable oil, put the chops on the parchment. Put the filling on the broken pieces of meat, evenly distributing it.
Put grated cheese on top (the amount is at your discretion, you can put a lot or a little). Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
