Cinnamon Raisin Buns

Once I decided to make a surprise for my wife and made her favorite buns myself. The result is delicious, soft and flavorful cinnamon and raisin buns! I share the recipe!

Cook: 2 hours

Serving: 5-7

Ingredients

  • Flour – 500 Grams
  • Dry yeast – 1 Piece (One sachet.)
  • Milk – 400 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 35 Grams
  • Butter – 35 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Brown Sugar – 0.5 Cups
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
  • Raisins – 1 Glass
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Powdered sugar – 125 Grams
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters
  • Vanillin – To taste

Directions

  1. To start, mix yeast with 1/3 flour and set aside. In a saucepan, combine milk (300 ml), butter, and salt until dissolved, then add the egg and flour to the pan. Pour yeast and flour into a saucepan and whisk everything well! If you have a mixer, then use it. Blind the ball, put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.
  2. Sprinkle flour on the countertop and roll the dough onto it, you get a large pancake 0.5 cm high.
  3. First brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then place the raisins on top.
  4. Then cut the dough into long strips (whatever thickness you want) and roll them into buns. Keep the buns moist for 10 minutes. To soak the dough with the filling. Then bake them in an oven preheated at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Combine the icing sugar, vanillin and cream, beat and pour over the ready-made buns with this icing. Little by little 🙂 Your buns are ready
