Classic Burger with Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato

The classic burger cutlet is made from ground beef, fried in a grill pan, and served with cheese, lettuce, and tomato, in a bun.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 650 g
  • Cheddar cheese – 4 slices
  • Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Tomato – 8 slices
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.

Directions

  1. Salt the minced meat, mix well, and form 4 round flat cutlets 2 cm thick. Fry the cutlets in a grill pan on both sides until brown.
  2. Cut each bun in half and put one cutlet between the two halves, on the cutlet – cheese, 2 slices of tomato, and 1 lettuce.
