Ingredients

  • 1 roll (hamburger) XXL
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 0.5 ½ handful cheese, Gouda or Emmentaler
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon sauce (barbecue)
  • 5 slices cucumber (s)
  • 1 slice tomato (s)
  • 1 dash oil (sunflower)

Instructions

  1. Cut open the roll and place in the oven preheated to 80-100 ° C.
  2. Shape about 70% of the meat so that a kind of soup plate is created in which the cheese is placed. Put the rest of the meat on top like a lid. Now wrap the bacon around it. This keeps the whole thing and the bacon flavor is well distributed.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the meat for 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on how you cook it.
  4. Brush the roll with ketchup and barbecue sauce and spread the lettuce, tomato and cucumber on top. Put the burger on top.
