Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon cress
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion (s), finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The quark is mixed together with the crème fraîche, the agave syrup, the salt and the pepper, as well as the garlic, the onion and the spring onion. The herbs are finely chopped. The cress can easily be cut off with kitchen scissors.
  2. All herbs are then added to the quark mass and are briefly folded in. Then the quark is ready and can be served.
