Ingredients
- 500 ml milk, 1.5 or 3.5%
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 50 g xylitol (suar substitute) or erythritol
- 3 teaspoons, leveled carob gum

- Mix 50 ml of the milk with the cocoa and the locust bean gum. Heat the rest of the milk and the xucker in a saucepan. Just before cooking, add the mixed ingredients to the saucepan and stir constantly until it boils. Bring to the boil once, then remove from the stove and continue stirring, as usual with puddings. Now enjoy the pudding warm or chilled - with no regrets.
- Locust bean gum can be compared to cornstarch, a binding agent. However, completely carbohydrate-free.
