  • 170 g marzipan
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cake icing, (lemon icing)

Instructions

  1. Cut the marzipan into cubes (briefly soften in micro and cool).
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Place small balls on the prepared sheet (moisten your hands again and again) and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° for about 10-12 minutes.
  4. When cold, sprinkle with lemon glaze.
